What would a vacation be without great food. We take care to ensure our food is a memorable part of your vacation. Included in your accommodation package is Breakfast and Dinner. Your private chef will cook a buffet breakfast and banquet dinner each day during your stay. You may never want to leave.
Buffett breakfast is served daily from 7:00am in our beautiful 80 year old stilt thatch house overlooking the terrace rice fields. Whether you prefer an herbal tea or one of our delicious freshly made juices it is all fresh on our menu. Waking up in Hmong Mountain retreat is always a gentle way to warm up to your day. Lunch is generally eaten wherever you desire. Beside the river as you take a swim, on a trail during one of our popular treks or around the retreat in many of our quiet outdoor spaces, swinging on a hammock in our bamboo forest, it all depends upon your days journey. Banquet dinner is a real treat, your private chef will pick vegetables and fruits from our organic gardens and cook up an incredible vietnamese banquette served at the 20 metre dinning table in the 80 year old stilt thatch house. You can even join in the kitchen and help to prepare dinner. A selection of local and imported wines and beers are available at Hmong Mountain Retreat. We also offer soft drinks, fresh juices, tea and coffee.

Every day at 10:00am we start our cooking class with a tour to the local Sapa market. The market is very colourful with many wonderful organic fruits and vegetables to select from.
Our organic vegetable garden is an important feature to Sapa Rooms and Hmong Mountain Retreat. Not only does it provide vegetables and fruits for our cuisine, it also provides an important link between what shows up on our plates and knowing how it got there.
